Our Cabernet Franc exhibits aromas and flavors of dried herbs alongside notes of black pepper and red fruits, making for an elegant and complex big, bold red wine. We only produced four barrels (100 cases).
Following in the footsteps of our popular (and sold-out) 2011 El Matador, this beautiful blend of five Bordeaux grapes will elicit another "wow" reaction. Made in the Old World style, this blend is a 'right-bank' style leading with Merlot. It's smooooth and delicious.
With fruit-forward flavors of black cherry, blackberry and boysenberry, as well as chocolate, leather, graphite, mint and dried herbs, our 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is supple and velvety in texture. We only produced four barrels (100 cases).
In 2015, we made three ports separately: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. When we bottled in 2017, we blended the three ports to make our decadent California-style ruby port. In our tasting room, we serve it with organic dark chocolate (70% cacao) without soy lecithin.
